Yes. Your comp methodology, underwriting standards and memo conventions are encoded once and applied to every deal after. Each agent is tested against your own closed deals and standards before it goes live, and it improves as you use it.

Is our fund’s data used to train AI models?

Not without your consent: your data never trains a Smart Bricks model unless you agree, and it never trains a model provider’s. Requests run under zero-retention agreements, so what goes in and comes out is discarded after the session instead of being stored.
