The role
This is not a traditional investment role.
We’re looking for exceptional real estate investors who want to help encode institutional investment expertise into AI.
You’ll work alongside AI engineers and customers to teach Smart Bricks how sophisticated real estate organisations actually source, underwrite, diligence and make investment decisions.
What you’ll do
- Deconstruct institutional underwriting workflows
- Work directly with investment teams at customers
- Define the reasoning and outputs required from specialised agents
- Build and evaluate real estate-specific AI workflows
- Design underwriting methodologies and evaluation benchmarks
- Review AI-generated investment analysis
- Help build asset-specific agents across office, residential, logistics, hospitality, data centres and other sectors
- Translate investment expertise into scalable software
What we’re looking for
- Experience in institutional real estate investing, private equity, lending or investment banking
- Excellent financial modelling and underwriting skills
- Deep understanding of investment committee processes
- Strong commercial judgment
- Intellectual curiosity about AI
- Desire to build rather than continue along a conventional investing career
