The terms you accept by using this website. The Smart Bricks platform has its own agreement.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of smart-bricks.com, operated by Smart Bricks AI Limited, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at DIFC Gate Avenue, Level 1, Zone C, Office #170, Zaa'beel Second, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

Access to the Smart Bricks platform at app.smart-bricks.com is governed by a separate agreement that you accept when you are given access, not by this page.

Nothing here is advice

Everything on this website is general information about what Smart Bricks builds. It is not investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, a valuation, an appraisal, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any property or security, and it is not a recommendation that any transaction is suitable for you.

Valuations, scores, verdicts and suggested actions shown on this website or produced by the Smart Bricks platform are automated estimates, not formal valuations and not personal recommendations. Smart Bricks AI Limited is not authorised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority or any other financial regulator to give investment advice.

Example screens and sample deals on this website are illustrative. Where we publish performance figures, such as the 2025 returns on our home page, we say beside them what they measure and where they come from. Property values move, models are sometimes wrong, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Take your own professional advice before you commit capital.

Using the website

You may read the website, and share links to it. You may not:

scrape, mirror or systematically copy the website or its content
attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it
use it in a way that breaks any law that applies to you

Our content

The website, its text, design, code, diagrams, screenshots and the Smart Bricks name and marks are owned by Smart Bricks AI Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this page grants you a licence to them beyond reading the website.

Third-party names, logos and marks that appear on the website belong to their owners and are used to identify them.

Other people’s websites

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it. Their terms and privacy notices apply once you leave.

What we promise, and what we do not

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, complete, up to date, or available without interruption. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by DIFC law, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use the website as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection the mandatory laws of the country where you live give you.

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version, and it is the version that applies to your use of the website today.
