The role
We want engineers who think like product builders.
You’ll take AI capabilities from an idea to something an investment professional can use every day. That means working across frontend, backend and AI infrastructure rather than throwing requirements over organisational boundaries.
What you’ll do
- Build AI-native product experiences end-to-end
- Create interfaces for interacting with agents, documents, models and investment outputs
- Build workflows around Company Brain and specialised agents
- Develop APIs and backend services supporting those experiences
- Prototype rapidly with customers and internal investment specialists
- Turn ambiguous problems into elegant products
- Own features from conception through production
What we’re looking for
- Strong full-stack engineering ability
- Excellent product intuition
- Experience building high-quality web applications
- Comfort working with LLMs and AI APIs
- High standards for interaction design and usability
- Bias towards shipping
