The role
We’re looking for product people excited by the fact that the playbook for AI-native enterprise software hasn’t been written yet.
You’ll define products where agents perform work rather than simply expose software features.
What you’ll do
- Own major areas of the Smart Bricks intelligence platform
- Translate institutional workflows into AI-native products
- Define agent capabilities and orchestration
- Work directly with investment professionals and customers
- Partner closely with Applied AI, Engineering and Design
- Define evaluation criteria alongside traditional product metrics
- Prototype aggressively and ship quickly
- Determine what should be automated, assisted or left to human judgment
