The role
Bring institutional investment thinking directly into the product.
You’ll underwrite real transactions, evaluate AI outputs and help define what exceptional investment analysis looks like across Smart Bricks.
What you’ll do
- Underwrite real estate opportunities across markets and asset classes
- Build and review financial models
- Evaluate specialised agent outputs
- Create investment reasoning benchmarks
- Develop scenarios and sensitivities
- Help define asset-specific agents
- Produce institutional-quality investment analysis
- Work directly with AI and Product teams
What we’re looking for
- Experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, acquisitions, lending or institutional advisory
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written investment communication
- Interest in reinventing how the work gets done
