The role
Help build the intelligence layer that allows Smart Bricks to understand real estate anywhere in the world.
What you’ll do
- Research global real estate markets
- Build Market Intelligence, country by country
- Map regulation, taxation and transaction processes
- Identify authoritative local datasets
- Research supply, demand, rents, yields and market structure
- Validate AI-generated market intelligence
- Build structured research frameworks for agents
- Monitor changes affecting investment decisions
