The role
Build the infrastructure that allows Smart Bricks to operate securely and reliably across some of the world’s largest real estate institutions.
What you’ll do
- Build the platform behind Company Brain and agent orchestration
- Design scalable APIs and distributed services
- Build permissions, identity, audit and governance infrastructure
- Develop enterprise integrations
- Improve reliability, observability and performance
- Build systems supporting multiple models and AI providers
- Design infrastructure capable of processing large institutional datasets
What we’re looking for
- Excellent backend and systems engineering fundamentals
- Experience building distributed production systems
- Strong API and data architecture knowledge
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Strong understanding of security and reliability
- Ability to design for scale without unnecessary complexity
