Turning institutional knowledge into an investment advantage
A leading investment firm turns decades of models, investment committee papers and proprietary data into a Company Brain that informs every new opportunity.

Problem
The most valuable data was already inside the firm. Its advantage did not live in a single dataset but across years of investment committee papers, financial models, market research, portfolio knowledge and the decisions of experienced investors. The firm needed that knowledge behind every new opportunity.
Situation
Much of it was unstructured. When analysts underwrote a new opportunity, they searched shared drives, past deals and spreadsheets to rebuild knowledge the firm already had.
Resolution
Smart Bricks connects those fragmented sources into a persistent intelligence layer. The Company Brain learns the firm’s investment criteria, past decisions, preferred models, portfolio context and house language. Specialised agents draw on it for every new opportunity: a logistics deal is read against earlier logistics deals, a new market against the firm’s own views, and an assumption against past committee decisions.

Impact
Great investors should not start every deal from a blank page. Smart Bricks turns what the firm has learned over years into infrastructure that every authorised member of the team can use. Institutional memory becomes computational. The aim is not to remove human judgement. It is to give that judgement the accumulated intelligence of the whole institution.
